TEACHING HOSPITAL:

POF Hospital is 600 bedded general hospital attached with the Wah Medical College for training of medical students. It was established in 1962. Since inception, it has gone through a continuous process of upgradation and has become one of the best hospitals of the country delivering primary and tertiary medical facilities and services to POF employees, their families, residents of Wah cantonment and adjoining population of the area

It is recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental council for house job training and by the College of Physicians and surgeons, Pakistan, for Post Graduate training in almost all the disciplines of medicine and surgery. It has all the major departments with sub-specialized units. Important sub-sections of the hospital are as follows.
